Digital training
The digital training module comprises the complete virtualization of learning content on the basis of existing teaching concepts in order to offer a central training and further education platform that is independent of location and time.
This module includes software that has already been developed, designed and tested over the long term in collaboration with the training staff.
The most important premise for the implementation is: 'Didactics before technology'.
Digital training does not replace existing training, but complements it. Particularly in special situations where teaching staff or equipment are not available, or where potential risks and the use of resources and costs make real training more difficult, the digital counterpart can offer a supportive solution.
The content of the digital training is always based on the official curriculum and is verified by the expertise of the trainers. VATRIX Digital Health and the programmers implement these specifications on the digital platform.
Advantages and examples of digital training:
- Independence of location, time and resources: Digital training is available at any time and requires no consumables or medical equipment.
- Training without real risk: Dangers and extreme situations can be simulated and practiced without taking any real risks.
- Recording and analyzing progress: Progress, deficits and cross-staff developments can be recorded and analyzed.
- Increased quality and preparation of staff: Staff can be prepared for work tasks more efficiently.
One concrete example is the online academy for the recognition of international skilled workers in Germany. Learners can learn independently and test their knowledge, leaving trainers more time for individual questions and assistance.
